I got hold of a bunch of TMPC photos from Daniel's (one of our Support Couple) hard drive. As I looked at the faces of past participants, I am thankful for each one of them. Praying that they are still putting into practice the various lessons learnt.

Activities that we love doing together

One of the exercises we get participants to do is to list down all the things that they enjoy doing together. Watching movies, hiking, running, football game, cooking, concerts, window shopping, meals are some of the popular ones.

We then ask them to keep the list so that in 5 years time (after their wedding day) they can revisit this list and see if they are doing most of these things.

Growing in love means continue to do the things we love and not be careless about them.

Some pix from our last run. It is such a joy and encouragement to see young couples investing time together to build a strong foundation for marriage. It reflects committment and readiness that go beyond the fuzzy warm feeling of being in love.

Relationship Central - Adviser

Few of us from the Marriage Preparation Course were appointed as the Relationship Central's Adviser. Nothing changed.. just a deeper realization of the importance of our role in helping build stronger families.
